In today's labor market, you will sometimes find a jewel. I found one when I retained the services of Ms. Sterling. Joyce is our assistant with an account on a condominium association we manage. She provides detailed information at our monthly meetings regarding the association's finances and keeps it well organized with Excel and the QuickBooks program she set up. The financial reports and outgoing bills are never off one cent. She personally set up the files to this account and keeps them well organized at all times.
